삶은 지층처럼 켜켜이 쌓여간다. 시간의 깊은 주름과 기억의 어두운 틈 사이에서도 우리는 미처 벗지 못한 고통을 찾아 더듬는다. 전쟁의 상흔을 품은 채 수십 년의 세월을 보낸 고령의 증인들이 그 시간의 겹을 벗어나 자신의 기억을 이야기한다. 귀를 기울이며 다가간 사람들 앞에서 주름이 서서히 펼쳐진다. 바로 그 만남의 자리에서, 잡지 못하고 꿈에 그렸던 생명들이 (우리의) 삶에 새로이 자리잡기 시작한다.

From Memories - Breaking Away from the Layers of Strata, Going against Time

Life builds like strata. Within the deepest wrinkles of time and the oldest crevices of memories, we always search for a key to dress wounds and undress pain. Here, aged witnesses who have spent decades with scars from wartime break away from the layers of time and talk about their memories. In front of those who approach to listen, the wrinkles gradually unfold. Life dreamt in pain begins to freshly seed in our lives, ready to sprout and to strive, at the very site of the encounter.
